Prior to submitting your deal for processing, or as a stand alone, we can assist you with the following Scenario Services:

• Serviceability Calculations, either with the lender of your choice, or we can do:
• Scenario Research, we will compare all your lenders and find the best lender for your clients.
• Comparable Quotes, once you’ve chosen the best lender for your client we compare this with other lenders in the market and provide you with a comparison report.

To request any of the 3 services listed above, simply click the button below. Our pre-processing services are invoiced at $60p/h with 15-minute increments and will be invoiced after the work has been completed.
