Frank Vowles
From a few early years in banking, Frank followed his interest in music and this led to successful years in Broadcasting, on Radio and in Sales & Marketing roles... then into self employment with his own Advertising and Marketing agency working in Australia, London and even Saudi Arabia.
Coming back to Australia in 1990 he purchased a Mortgage Choice franchise and built the business up successfully before selling it, eventually starting again out of the franchise system.
His experience allowed him to see that selling a Mortgage Broking business is a stressful exercise as the broker rarely gets a big enough payment for all those lovely client families, and the clients in turn feel abandoned after years of trusting the broker to be there for them in often very personal and complex situations... so the TrailMinders* concept was born.
Frank gets a buzz out of seeing brokers break away from the stranglehold of their established businesses to regain control of their lives, rediscover family and friends and, whilst they still have their health and the energy, get out there doing things that they have been only dreaming about for years.
